The clock is ticking toward the December 2015 meetings in Paris (COP21) which are intended to negotiate a climate treaty. Mexico has made an encouraging proposal, as has the US. Out in California, the (climate change related) drought has forced mandatory water limits. By the way, where did you latest salad come from?
