Tucker and Citizens Climate Lobby’s Gary Rucinski about both the Bottle Bill (Question 2) and the Gas Tax (Question 1.) Then we talk with Chris Manns, who is leading the fight in Metro-West Massachusetts for the “Vote Yes For Democracy” question that reverses the Citizens United decision.
